We view sustainability as an efficiency metric. GBY Group aggressively renews assets to maintain a 100% Euro 6 fleet and invests in renewable energy infrastructure through GBY Solar. We are fully aligned with Tauragė’s ambition to become a climate-neutral zone by 2030.

Our roadmap is set. We already use 100% green electricity in our operations and are targeting zero Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030. We don't just transport cargo & cars - we are engineering a zero-emission future for the entire supply chain by 2040.

We are investing €53 Million to expand our fleet to 500 trucks. This is aggressive scaling to drive market-leading growth and reduce downtime.

We signed the climate neutrality agreement with Tauragė. We committed to helping our hometown become one of Europe's first Net Zero cities.

We partnered with World Rally-Raid Champion Rokas Baciuška. Like us, he doesn’t just participate; he races to win. It’s a symbol of our shared DNA.

The Strategic Leap

We evolved into a holding group. We launched GBY Cargo (General Cargo) and GBY Rent (Truck Rental), marking a shift from vehicle logistics to total mobility solutions.

Diversification

We stopped being just a transport company. We began injecting capital into Real Estate and Fleet Management, building the infrastructure that powers our logistics.

We launched GBY Poland in Katowice. This wasn't just a new office; it was a strategic move to dominate Central European logistics corridors.

Ambition has no borders. We expanded beyond Lithuania, establishing Jolkau Transport GmbH in Germany to secure our foothold in the West.
